In depth understanding of the WFS Product configuration requirements Good understanding of project scope and implementation approach for assigned projects Proven track record of deep involvement or leadership of WFS projects Eagerness to learn new technologies Strong organizational and project management skills Ability and will to share knowledge with other team members Familiarity withtime regulations aspects and theirimpact on employers and employees Excellent English skills (business fluent) Understanding WFS methodology Which task can you expect? Lead functional design of WFS Suite implementations Solve business problems related to Time and Attendance or Scheduling by providing creative approaches that may involve a technical solution and/or process change. Gather and document customer-specific requirements, perform the business analysis and communicate information to project team. Translate complex business requirements into solutions Estimate work effort and communicate with Project Managers, customers and stakeholders on project status Educate customers on best practices in implementation of WFS Product Suites Understand our WFS portfolio, different solutions, systems and scope Follow WFS project methodology Assist customers with software testing along with roll out and Go-Live activities such as data loads and system initialization
