As aClient Relations Associate, you will play a vital role in managing their clients' accounts and contributing to the company's growth. Contract:PermanentLocation:Valencia,SpainSalary: €22, 000 - €28, 000 depending on experience Work Model:OnsiteVisa Sponsorship: Not providedResponsibilities:Review and process fund subscription and redemption documents in accordance with fund offering documents and regulatory requirements. Conduct ongoing due diligence on investors and ensure compliance with AML/KYC regulations. Communicate effectively with investment managers, investors, and external parties. Process closings for private equity funds and ensure timely distribution of relevant documents. Obtain valid tax reporting forms from investors for FATCA/CRS services. Prepare and review FATCA/CRS reporting and file with relevant authorities. Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from clients. Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager. Desired Qualifications:Prior experience in investor services or client relations. Knowledge of AML and FATCA/CRS regulations. Fluent in English. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with Canadian, Cayman,and Bermuda regulatory requirements is an asset. Still interested in this opportunity?
