Yacht Operations Manager

Or perhaps you've already made the transition and are looking for the next career move?If so, this could be a great role to consider.The client is a boutique management company with a growing fleet along with several construction projects under management, and due to ongoing growth they'd like to appoint a Yacht Operations Manager to oversee the fleet.With 14 vessels currently under management in the sub 30m range and running mini ISM, you'll have excellent compliance knowledge along with a good technical understanding, experience in crewing services and a broad understanding of general operational and logistics support across the fleet. Working alongside the MD, you'll help guide and grow the managed service offering, delivering a 1st class experience to Owners, Captains and other stakeholders.This role would suit a Captain with a 500gt ticket, or an ambitious Junior YM looking to grow into a full YM position.
