The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customs export processes, ensuring effective operational support, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international commerce and logistics, with a degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience as a Customs agent.Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.- Offer solutions to challenges and resolve issues that are critical to improving performance and profitability for both our company and the customer on a day-to-day basis.- Continuously follow up on all customs clearance and compliance processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.- Participate in customer visits to promote Customs products when required.- Communicate and liaise with relevant stakeholders, including Customs Authorities, Maersk offices, and the customer's organization, to build strong relationships and ensure mutual benefit.We are looking for:- Degree in International Trade or a related field (preferable).- Proficiency in Microsoft systems.- At least 3 years of experience as a Customs agent, with a strong understanding of export processes in various modes (ocean, air, truck, etc.) and customs locations.- Strong knowledge of customs procedures, forwarding, and shipping.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to ensure high-level communication with key stakeholders and internal team members.- Collaboration skills and the ability to multi-task at a high level.- Strong process-oriented approach to work, with excellent attention to detail.- Resilient team player who is goal-oriented and demonstrates a high level of commitment, with the ability to work under minimal supervision.- Excellent written and verbal skills in English (B2 or higher is mandatory).Ideal Candidate:We are looking for a proactive, dynamic, and well-organized person who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support
