WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT You are the first point of contact for technical problems and questions of the employees of the blood transfusion service, including our service partners You will answer technical questions by telephone, email or ticket system and identify / rectify possible sources of error using common remote maintenance tools You document technical problems and activities carried out in the ticket system You advise employees on the selection of services from the IT service catalog You manage the users in the ActiveDirectory, Microsoft Exchange server and the Citrix XenApp server farm Using the existing monitoring tools, you monitor all components involved in the IT process with regard to security and availability You will work closely with the IT system administrators and colleagues from the other IT departments (Medical, Commercial and Business Intelligence) and external service partners You will carry out the installation and initial configuration of desktops, notebooks, VoIP telephones, smartphones, tablets, printers and handheld scanners You take care of the repair process for IT hardware You provide support during relocations (removal and installation of IT components) WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU Successfully completed vocational training as an IT systems integration specialist or IT systems administrator, IT systems administrator, IT systems electronics technician or equivalent professional experience Very good communication skills and a high level of service orientation Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field is an advantage Very good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems including administration of the Windows domain and the Apple IOS operating system Good knowledge of common LAN/WAN and WLAN infrastructures, Citrix XenApp and VMware.
