.Solicitor/ Chartered Legal Executive - Complex PropertyJob IntroductionThe "Complex Property" team is part of the wider "Property" service line, which in turn sits within the firm's "Claims Solutions Group". The team acts for a large number of insurer clients, undertaking some of their highest value, highest profile and most challenging work.The work falls into three broad categories: (i) subrogated recovery claims (typically over £300,000); (ii) defendant public liability property damage claims; and (iii) policy coverage disputes (some of which is advisory work).
