As a member of our Account Management team you will be responsible for helping our long-term customers realize the value of our products. In close partnership with the Customer Success team and extended support team, we strive for the achievement of our customer's business goals and the adoption of our product to drive greater ROI and satisfaction.
Your primary goal as a Account Manager will be ensuring that Cognite customers achieve their desired outcomes. This role reports to the VP of Account Management and will work closely with extended Sales and Customer Success teams in cross-functional account teams aligned around a specific customer ResponsibilitesFoster long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connect with key executives, and understand clients' business requirements, and how they use Cognite to meet their need. Develop visionary account strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring them to life. Take center stage in executive-level engagements, showcasing the value Cognite brings to the table.Craft renewal and expansion plans that not only meet expectations but exceed them, in aligngment with Cognites Go To Market strategy. Identify and navigate renewal risks, turning challenges into opportunities.Actively contribute to elevating Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Scores (NPS) to new heights.Collaborate with Customer Success and support teams to achieve customer business goals.Ensuring customer engagement with newsletters, webinars, and events;Assisting with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.Success Factor to thrive in this roleRelevant bachelor's degree or relevant work experience for the role.5+ years of experience leading customer engagements as an account manager or related role.Proficiency in Account Management methodologies and practices.Commercial experience in renewals and/or upselling.Executive-level engagement experience.Strong communication and presentation skills.Familiarity with data contextualization technology and SaaS.Knowledge of heavy asset industries, e.g., oil and gas.Familiarity with Salesforce, Clari, Command of the Message and MEDDPICC is a strong bonusDon't meet every single requirement?
