We are seeking an adept Accounting Manager to oversee and bolster the financial operations of our business. This pivotal role encompasses a spectrum of finance functions including General Accounting, Taxation, Account Receivables, and Account Payables. Key Responsibilities:1. Strategize and administer the finance and accounting functions, collaboratively crafting an annual budget and business plan in alignment with company-wide objectives. 2. Present comprehensive reports on the financial performance, engaging in strategic discussions and decision-making processes. 3. Ensure meticulous bookkeeping of major expenditures related to fixed assets and approved outlays within budget parameters. 4. Safeguard the company's assets by securing adequate insurance coverage against potential risks. 5. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee the implementation of tax policies across company operations. 6. Review all tax returns and supervise tax-related matters, while also devising tax plans as needed. 7. Prepare quarterly and Annual Income Tax Returns and financial statements for submission to various government agencies. 8. Conduct thorough analysis and examination of accounting records and financial statements to ensure accuracy. 9. Evaluate staff performance and provide mentoring and guidance to enhance overall efficiency. Key Qualifications:1. Professional License in Finance/Accounting (CPA) with a proven track record in similar roles, inclusive of experience in the aforementioned responsibilities. 2. Demonstrated expertise in accounting processes with a keen eye for detail. 3. Exceptional organizational skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines consistently. 4.
