What you will do: Support to the accounting department in the daily tasks and projects.Monthly AP, AR and stock conciliationGL reconciliation (taxes and payroll).Support to the monthly closing, a few entries related to insurance and monthly accruals (Board, audit).Fill in forms for new GL accounts.Launch administrative processes in Navision as consolidation and others.Support to the yearly audit.Assistance with the internal control process.Fulfil and submit external forms (statistics, deposit of financial statements.What you will need: Finance, Economics or Business and Management Degree is a must.Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position.Proficient in national (Spanish General Accountancy Plan) and international accounting standards.Excel Advanced.Fluent level of English and Spanish.
