We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Process Manager to join Dematic on a permanent basis. This position will support our organization with designing, implementing, managing, and continuously improving the accounts receivable financial processes with a strong link to Dematic's partner company the KION Group.
In this role, you will be focusing on the accounts receivable processes to support increasing standardization, harmonization, and increasing their efficiency.
For this, we are seeking a finance processional with a good understanding of accounts receivable and experience in process improvements.

Tasks and Qualifications :
Key Responsabilities : You will be responsible for process design, quality and performance (measured by KPI) of A / R processes.
You will support us with standardizing and harmonizing processes and efficiency, improvements across different KION group companies.
You will design and test process related controls. You will develop business requirements for system-related enhancements and design, implement and maintain solutions for changes in SAP systems (incl.
support by system upgrades and user acceptance tests). You will maintain active relationship and effective communication with key business-, technology- and operations stakeholders.
You will take an active part in the business transformation program and transition projects, but also you will execute the planned road map.
You will share your knowledge among team across countries in scope to manage accounting operations controls functions.
What will you need to secced as Accounts Receivable Process Manager?
Professional experience in area of Accounts Receivable
Hands-on experience in area of Project Management
Knowledge of standard business processes and software, e.g. SAP
Understanding of organizational change management, transformation, facilitative leadership, and project management methodologies
Excellent communication and presentation skills - fluent in Business English
Profound organizational skills and ability to set right priorities
Willingness to travel (expect 25% in project or on-site support phase)
Strong social competences, intercultural sensitivity and open minded / thinking out of the box approach
