Our business is expanding, and we are currently seeking an experienced Administration & Finance Officer with a strong financial background to assist with our day-to-day commercial operations. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to handle two distinct roles - one involving the proactive management of financial tasks at the local level in Spain, and the other involving more basic administrative tasks in this area. Since this position is based in our office in Spain , fluency in both Spanish and English is necessary . In the initial 2-3 months, the ideal candidate will focus on interviewer payment/contracting, and gradually stepping in the other SAP admin tasks and other tasks in other Spanish office to relieve Spanish Managing Director from doing it. Responsibilities Control the P&L Mantle Spain, Monitor and report finances to the Group. Control KPIs and general financial elements of the projects: NS, OP, deviation alert, and above all billing, collections, accruals, … Ensure timely payments of all types including suppliers, expense settlements, customer payments, etc. Manage bank accounts, online banking payments, cash flow, and related task. Coordinate with Global to ensure timely and error-free completion of all tasks. Manage the application and registration of clients and suppliers using Global tools. Act as the primary point of contact for finance and purchasing departments globally regarding invoices, payments, and related tasks. Utilise SAP tools to manage all tasks efficiently. Provide direct support and advice to the manager in all of the above aspects. Requirements High proficiency in English and Spanish languages. Proven experience as financial & administration manager or relevant role in this area. In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices. High knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods. Proficient in the use of financial management software (SAP), and MS Office. Ability to strategize and solve problems effectively. Strong Organisational skills. Excellent communication and people skills. An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers. BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.
