• Enviando la documentación revisada al cliente cuando es requerida o subiendo la documentación mediante las plataformas CAE del cliente.
• Asesorando y supervisando a las subcontratas en la gestión de la documentación mediante las plataformas CA E.
• Organizando la documentación conforme a su actualización y archivo.
Realizar tareas de gestión de Equipos de Protección Individual (EPI) • Gestionando el stock de los EPIs existente en la oficina, así como su control y reposición.
• Proporcionando EPIs al personal interno cuando sean solicitado.
Realizar tareas de gestión de los reconocimientos médicos (RM) • Gestionando l as citas de los RM del personal interno de manera individual.
• Organizando y gestionando los RM anuales que se realizan en la propia oficina.
• Gestionando la documentación generada de los RM.
Realizar tareas propias de departamento • Prestando soporte en la redacción y gestión de documentos.
• Prestando soporte en el diseño y gestión de auditorías.
• Prestando soporte en la impartición de formación.
• Acudiendo a las formaciones necesarias.
• Proponiendo e implementando las mejoras en el departamento o en la gestión acordadas.
