In this role, you will provide second and third-level support in the customer's own ticket system and provide user support for software and hardware-related queries and faults. You create problem analyses and are responsible for the systematic preparation of tickets for the internal development department. You will also be responsible for maintaining the database system (Oracle) and supporting Windows servers and clients. You will be responsible for monitoring the customer's own software systems and some customer installations with CheckMK You support the planning, conception and implementation of topics in the software environment of our customers What should you bring with you? You have successfully completed an IT apprenticeship and have relevant professional experience in the administration of IT systems or IT service management. You have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft infrastructures and services (Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services) You have knowledge of network technologies, domain structures, virtualization mechanisms, server services and have some scripting experience. You have in-depth knowledge of Oracle and manage our network just as securely as the Active Directory. You are communicative, customer and service-oriented and a team player Very good German and good English skills round off your profile.
