Agency Coordinator - GAC Spain, Port of Huelva On-site Huelva , Andalucía , Spain GAC Spain GAC Spain delivers a wide range of ship agency services, including husbandry, bunker fuels, customs clearance, crew change support and ship spares logistics, to keep your vessels and cargo moving across Spain.We apply the highest standard of customer service to everything we do and aim to be industry leaders across all the sectors we serve.Due to expansion, GAC is currently recruiting for a fulltime Agency Coordinatorbased at the port of Huelva, Spain.A brief summary of the requirements for the role are as follows :-Handling agency appointments, as well as operational and commercial matters for all types of vessels calling at Huelva port under the agency of GAC Spain.Coordinating with Huelva port authorities with regards to operations and documentation to ensure smooth delivery of services.Handling all husbandry matters such as crew changes, spare parts logistics, landed cargo and provisions supply, and ensure timely delivery of all services to the vessels calling at Huelva port under our agency.Handling proforma DA inquiries and questions regarding rules, regulations and tariffs at Huelva port.Calculating the proforma disbursement account (DA) for vessels and following up on the settlement of pre-funding.Calculating vessel bill charges as per tariffs, prepare final disbursement account (FDA) and sub-FDAs within the lead time, issuing all related credit and debit notes, and following up on FDA settlement with principals.Checking and approving invoices, and ensuring all invoices are logged into the system accurately.Documenting each service in the system and updating the relevant sheets for easy reference and accurate disbursement.Ensuring all related files and communication are in line with GAC Spain's administrative procedures.Assisting in the preparation of statistical report.Job requirementsThe ideal candidates will have:2 years of experience within the port of Huelva.Valid driving license & car.Ability to communicate effectively in both English & Spanish (verbally and in writing).Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Problem-solving skills and ability to handle shipping issues efficiently.Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.If you think you have what it takes to become part of the GAC Spain team, we look forward to receiving your application.#J-18808-Ljbffr
