Buena comunicación oral y escrita.- Orientación a resultados, trabajo bajo presión.¿Cómo será tu día a día?- Recepción de llamadas relativas a siniestros de Auto para abrir expedientes y atender incidencias y consultas de los mismos.- Emisión de llamadas para aclaraciones al cliente, al proveedor, a Compañía cliente.- Tareas administrativas relacionadas con la gestión de cada caso.#LI-SPYour Profile- Idiomas: castellano nativo , catalán e inglés será un plus. - Experiencia previa en atención telefónica (mínimo 1 año)-Excelentes habilidades de atención al cliente.-Excelente capacidad de organización y gestión del tiempo.-Flexibilidad-Capacidad para hacer las cosas / entregar resultados según los estándares acordados con el cliente.-Conocimientos informáticos.
