Feel inspired in our culture of innovation and creativity, which generates over 1,000 new fastening solutions every year.Position: Agriculture Product Development EngineerReporting to Agriculture BU Manager, the candidate will take part in all phases of the product development: design of the part, material selection, cost calculation, perform tests, prepare documentation and definition of pre-method.Role and ResponsibilitiesDevelop new products in close collaboration with the Sales Team (customer/end user technical requirements).Be a technical problem solver, seen as a source of confidence.Proactive attitude in front of the customer (generate "push" developments - developments without RFQ) to solve their pain points.Responsible for the full product development process up to final customer validation.Strong collaboration with sales and quality, and the OPM (Operational Project Manager)-multifunctional team for industrializations.Collaboration with A. Raymond network for multinational clients.Education and ExperienceEducation: Technical Engineering degree.Experience: Design experience a plusSkillsStrong Skills in: Solid Works and Catia (V5) knowledge.Additional Skills: Knowledge in plastic injection and meld design. Preferably previous experience in fastening solutions.
