We are seeking an experienced Alfresco Certified Engineer to join our team dedicated to international projects at European Public Agencies. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Alfresco content management systems, along with a proven track record of successful implementation and customization. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural environments.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions based on Alfresco content management systems. Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Alfresco platforms to meet the specific needs of European Public Agencies. Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout all phases of project lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and support. Perform system integration tasks with other enterprise applications, ensuring seamless interoperability and data exchange. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment guides, and user manuals. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Alfresco platforms, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Stay updated on the latest Alfresco features, enhancements, and best practices, and evaluate their applicability to project requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, testers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Participate in knowledge sharing activities, including training sessions and workshops, to foster continuous learning and skill development within the team. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Alfresco Certified Engineer (ACE) certification is required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and customizing Alfresco content management systems. Proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.). Strong understanding of enterprise content management concepts, including document management, workflow automation, and records management. Experience with integrating Alfresco with third-party systems using APIs, web services, and middleware technologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in multicultural environments and collaborating with distributed teams is preferred. Ability to travel internationally for project assignments, as required.
