Join us!The Team:You will be joining the Corporate Banking Team based in Madrid, which is focused on covering global corporate clients based in Spain and PortugalRole Description:You will be responsible for providing support on transactions across the bank's products. Such support may include maintaining financial models or coordinating processes.Responsibilities:Manage multi-product origination efforts within the integrated coverage model and ensure internal partnerships are seamless and efficient to the clientGain an in-depth understanding of our clients, the industries and regions in which they operate and how the bank helps support both their growth aspirations and day-to-day banking requirementsAssist in the development of client specific analysis (e.G. capital structure, acquisition finance) and become proficient on the various metrics used to price and structure different debt instrumentsSupport on analysis, Due Diligence and elaboration of relevant Memos required for internal Business, Credit and Compliance approvalsGain familiarity with the legal and ESG documentation aspects of various debt instruments as key step in debt executionSupport the team with required reporting and other important administrative tasksAssist
