Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.Your 'day to day'You will be responsible to proactively size biz opportunities and provide data-driven consumer insights and recommendations to the commercial leadership team, becoming a true partner for the Commercial Management Team. You will also ensure and coordinate that the data teams are working on fit-for-business-purpose data solutions.As an Analyst Market Analytics, your key accountabilities will be:Engage and influence Commercial Leadership Team: you will support the Manager Market Analytics in ensuring senior level engagement with Management Team and Commercial Leadership Team to understand key business questions for commercial operations. You will continuously align and prioritize with Commercial Team which are the key data solutions to strategic commercial problems & opportunities. You will need to have the ability to influence / enhance the commercial strategy based on data, identifying what to stop / scale and how to optimize ROI and accelerate growth.Proactively size business opportunities: backed up by data analytics, you will have to identify proactively consumer insights and size strategic commercial opportunities, as well as develop strong business cases and deliver outstanding and convincing presentations to senior leadership and Management Team to drive action on big ticket items with sizable business impact.Own the portfolio of commercial data products: you will have to ensure the data teams (Data Visualization, Data Governance, Advanced Analytics, etc.) are developing the data products aligned with commercial priorities. Ensure development is fit-for-purpose by constantly prioritizing within the data teams, asking the right biz questions, and influencing for proper resource allocation.Leadership & collaboration: act as a project leader / key contributor influencing and coordinating key actors to work together against a common business challenge / opportunity. This will not be limited to the data teams in the Analytics area but will be also extended to reach other key contributors in areas such as Commercial Operations, SFP / Marketing, Finance, Consumer Journey Insights / Market Research, IT and Strategy & Program Delivery, depending on the business challenge scope.Who we're looking for:- University Degree (preferably in Business and Economics, Management).- Master in Data Management is a plus.- Native or near native in Spanish and fluent in English (at least C1).- 3-5 years of previous record in a Commercial/Business Intelligence or data department.- Outstanding analytical skills and strategic thinking.- Outstanding communication skills and interpersonal approach.- Excellent skills to translate data-based analyzes into excellent convincing presentations and / or executive summaries with key insights and actionable recommendations.- Strong understanding of business dynamics, including activities & consumers' programs in place and channels' performance.- Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point): proficiency level.- Understanding of Power BI potential to coordinate with Data Teams what to achieve / develop with dashboards and reporting / data visualization solutions will be a plus.- Experience or understanding of data and/or programming solutions (Advanced Analytics, SQL and Agile (basic Scrum), Snowflake, AWS, Google Analytics, Jira, Python, etc.) is a plus.- Valid EU work permit.What we offerOur success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
