.Role Description:PJT Park Hill is seeking an individual with strong organizational, analytical and writing skills, who takes initiative, has great attention to detail, works well under pressure, and has the ability to perform both independently and within teams in a boutique investment advisory firm.PJT Park Hill offers off-cycle intern analysts the chance to engage directly in fund formation and capital raising for some of the top alternative asset firms worldwide. The fundraising process uniquely develops both quantitative and qualitative skills through initial market mapping, conducting diligence on new funds and navigating complex fund documents.Interest in the alternative asset industry is a plus. Ideal candidates have a background in financial services: private placements, asset management, alternative asset investor relations or similar fields. The job requires management of multiple projects often under time constraints / deadlines, interaction with clients and great attention to detail.The off-cycle internship is a 6-month program beginning June 2024.Responsibilities:The Off-Cycle Intern Analyst will be based out of PJT Park Hill's Madrid office and will provide support to PJT Park Hill's Senior Distribution team across each fundraising assignment. The Off-Cycle Intern Analyst will be exposed to all elements of a private placement transaction and play a critical role throughout the engagement and marketing process. Off-Cycle Intern Analysts will have interaction not only with Senior Professionals at PJT Park Hill, but also with clients and investors. As a result, Off-Cycle Intern Analysts develop a deep understanding of the alternative asset marketplace.The role of the Off-Cycle Intern Analyst is to assist the Distribution team in all aspects of the capital raising process – from working closely with investors on key deliverables / action items, drafting materials for dissemination to investors, organizing investor conferences and providing support to the Project Management team.Additional responsibilities include:- Engage with Limited Partners while providing key deliverables, such as investor presentations, PJT Park Hill insight reports, ad hoc data and analysis requests; - Monitor and update PJT Park Hill's internal CRM system accordingly; - Prepare and maintain investor profiles and source key information; - Collect feedback from Limited Partners and share with relevant parties internally; - Draft and distribute fund-specific email campaigns to initiate and monitor investor demand; - Serve as the medium between the project management and distribution teams, ensuring that project-specific campaigns are addressed and executed; - Develop an understanding of products marketed by PJT Park Hill and be able to summarize investment highlightsQualifications:PJT Partners seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors
