You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, software development, and quality assurance to ensure the successful delivery of the products.Key responsibilitiesAs a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:Conducting comprehensive analysis of client requirements and business processes related to treasury management, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs and pain pointsTranslating business requirements into technical specifications and system designs, ensuring alignment with overall product architecture and scalabilityDocumenting and maintaining detailed requirements specifications, use cases, user stories, and process flowsEngaging with stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather feedback, validate requirements, and prioritize features for developmentAssisting in defining the product roadmap and strategy, leveraging market research and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiationSupporting quality assurance team in developing test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria, and participate in user acceptance testing to validate software functionality against business requirementsProviding training and support to clients on new features and functionalities, ensuring successful adoption and usageProactively identifying areas for process improvement and optimization within the business analysis function, contributing to the enhancement of methodologies, tools, and best practices
