You will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture, actively engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders to align our people strategies with the broader objectives of the organization.WHAT YOU BRING ALONG- At least 5 years of experience in similar positions.- Ability to work with autonomy to deliver business priorities.- Track record of developing others- Ability to detect and analyse a problem and collaborate effectively with others to find a solution.- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and influencing skills required together with an eye for detail and a 'can do' attitude.- A team player who acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.- Experience working within the tech sector- Excellent knowledge of Spanish employment law.- Excellent communication skills in English.
