The key competencies and responsibilities will revolve around financial equity modeling, investment opportunity analysis, deal execution, preparation of investment recommendations, and related administrative tasks.Key responsabilities:-Transaction Analysis and Execution:· Perform analysis of investment opportunities.· Develop and analyze equity financial models, emphasizing model integrity, multivariate sensitivity analyses, key assumptions review, and validation, etc.·Research and analyze main transaction risks as well as the reasonability of operational and financial objectives.·Liaise with advisors and review and summarize associated reports.· Support broader deal execution.· Prepare investment documentation outlining the investment thesis and corresponding analysis.-Administrative Duties:· Support any project aimed at improving the dissemination and organization of information and other administrative endeavors.· Participate in any other project aimed at enhancing team performance and efficiencies.About you:· Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, etc. CA, MBA, or CFA is welcome.· 3 to 7 years of relevant financial analysis and valuation experience, ideally within the infrastructure sector.·Advanced English proficiency.·Global and emerging market experience is an asset.It is essential!· Analytical and financial modeling skills.· Excellent communication skills.· High level of personal and professional integrity, attention to detail, and teamwork.·Ability to excel in dynamic environments and effectively handle challenges in demanding situations.In exchange to your commitment, we offer:We strongly believe in hiring for diversity, and we want to hire people who display strong potential.
