Scope & Responsibilities: Manages merchandising, promotion, and local marketing with a sales-focused approach.Translates marketing plans into consumer-targeted tactics.Develops local marketing strategies to exceed sales targets in line with client and business strategies.Implements activation programs for both new and existing products.Oversees store openings as a growth driver.Designs RBU-wide demand generation programs and conducts PLE.Provides local landscape expertise and customer liaison.Analyzes reports and presents recommendations during MBR presentations.Tailors retail elements for local RTAs.Conducts regular store visits within the assigned area.Undertakes additional tasks assigned by management as necessary. Required Qualifications: A graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.Minimum of 5 years' experience in Marketing/Sales or customer development.Must possess a valid driver's license.Experience in a supervisory/managerial role.Willingness to workboth onsite work in Pasig and fieldwork covering the North Luzon area, including conducting store visits for various purposes such as marketing initiatives, store openings, retail analysis, competitive assessment, benchmarking, and maintaining franchisee relations.Preferred Qualifications: Proficient in Excel.Demonstrates digital expertise beyond social media platforms.Preferably with experience in FMCG, retail, or a similar fast-food chain.Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.Exhibits excellent project management skills.Demonstrates excellent leadership and team management skills.Knowledgeable in Local Store Marketing and Sales Promotions, Category Management, Channels Marketing, Retail Marketing, OOH Management, Local PR, etc.About the Client: Our client is a global powerhouse, serving up joy and opportunity with over 6,800 stores across 33 countries, offering a dynamic array of brands and a commitment to sustainability that makes our clienta top choice for career growth and impact-driven individuals worldwide.
