If you want to spark the future of the automotive world, join us.We're currently looking for an Area Sales Executive to join our busy Sales team in Spain. The role will cover the Northern region of Spain remotely, with only a couple of days a week directly on the field in the regions of Navarra, País Vasco, La Rioja, Cantabria, Asturias, Galicia, Castilla y Leon. ResponsibilitiesThe Area Sales Executive will cover a wide range of sales activities, being responsible for growing and nurturing the pipeline, developing new relationships and strategies to boost results. The role will: Develop sales strategies/approaches for the Car Dealers' market in Spain Identify potential clients and the decision makers within our target group Build and manage a solid sales network and pipeline Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business Convert pre-qualified leads by BDRs (outbound call-center) into new clients Develop and execute new business proposals, make high-profile presentations to clients, negotiate and close deals Use knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop MotorK's unique selling propositions and differentiators Close collaboration with delivery and success teams Our ideal Area Sales Executive will have previous experience working within a fast paced environment, preferably within the automotive sector or Saas. As well as: Native in Spanish and fluent in English Bachelor's Degree or in Business or Marketing is a plus Well-organized, hands-on and proactive approach capable of working under pressure Teamplayer attitude Willingness to travel regularly Confident and self-assured appearance Work pattern and location Permanent , full time (40 hours per week) Monday - Friday Field based role (covering North Spain) Ideally based in North Spain, but also considering profiles in Madrid Competitive remuneration package commensurate with experience Variable compensation plan up to 100% of base salary, based on results Company Car and fuel card 23 days of holidays + national bank holidays  Meal Vouchers (€7 per day) 3 days of onboarding in our Milan office, all expensed by the company  Individual training paths Opportunity to develop and move within the company National and international mobility options  Yearly team activities  What you can expect from the recruitment process:  HR interview (in English) Hiring Manager interview (Spanish) Peer interview/skills assessment (Spanish) C-level interview (English) MotorK is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of Any kind.
