Speaks with authority and conviction, presents effectivelyInfluence: makes an impact; convinces and persuades others; promotes plans and ideas successfullyFlexibility/Agility: Ability to change leadership style, plans and deliveries as required to secure the targets/agreed results are achieved.Creative: Coming up with new ways of doing things, constantly challenging our way of doing marketing.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage and maximize sales within an assigned geographic territoryConduct regular customer visits either directly or jointly with channel partnersIdentify local business opportunities and challengesDevelop and implement territory business plan in support of company goals and objectivesDevelop and manage sales channels for all industrial vacuum products incl. robotic gripping products in support of territory goals and objectivesDocument and manage sales activity including customer visits, opportunities, and account information through active use of Salesforce CRMConduct regular reviews with distributor and repsPresent our products and services to prospective customersProvide technical support for automation product linesWork in conjunction with other Piab departments to cultivate and manage sales activity within a region to meet individual and group sales quotasParticipate in Piab hosted annual distributor /rep meetings, events, and activitiesAssist when needed with trade show preparation and coverageAnalysis and report on regional sales results (monthly, quarterly and annually) Identify customer needs and recommend product solutionsPossibility of becoming the Team Leader in the short termKEY INTERFACES:Provide monthly updates about significant territory activity, opportunities, and issuesInform about market conditions, competitor activity, and product development opportunitiesWork with inside partner(s) to support the region and achieve territory goals and objectivesEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:3+ years' experience within technical salesKnowledge in our industry marketsDiploma in Sales techniques is a plusA leadership experience (also within small team) will be a plusSKILLS AND ABILITIES:Work experience as a Sales RepresentativePassion for salesUsed/willing to travel most of the time (3-4 days per week)Strong ethic, respect of the rules, dues and hierarchiesProficient command of English is advantageousExperience with CRM software is a plusPlease note that residency in the Madrid area is an advantageAt Piab, we value employees who are ready to roll up their sleeves and turn ideas into reality.
