We're scaling our team and operations worldwide to meet growing international demand.What impact you will haveTe Assembly Managerwill play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire production process, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently, meeting quality standards and production goals, and adhering to safety regulations. They will directly steer the labor force of the production lines and warehousing, defining the right processes and continuously Improving it. Part of the Supply Chain (SCH) team, will report directly to the VP and will collaborate with all SCH peers (planning, logistics, procurement and quality) and other departments (specially Engineering and Customer Services)What you'll do Responsible for scheduling production runs and optimizing workflow processes to maximize efficiency. Strong organizational and planning skills are crucial for effectively managing these aspects of the job. Leadership and Management: Directly steer the assembly and warehouse workers Responsible for assembly lines performance and improvements. Will participate in SCH strategy together with Procurement and Planning. Responsible of designing and building the best processes to cover steady and unsteady production demands while maintaining the required levels of quality. Guarantee that safety is the number one priority in the workshop. What you'll needTo perform in this job, you'll likely have: 8 years of experience in production management. Demonstrated experience working on a production line. (Supervisory experience is an advantage.) Experience in production environments in industrial sectors. Deep understanding and experience in Metal, electrical and chemical manufacturing processes, quality control methods, and relevant testing techniques. Advanced production knowledge: Lean Manufacturing, Quick Response Manufacturing (QRM), 6-sigma… Leadership and resource Management. Quality Control. Health and Safety Compliance.
