No limit on the number of people you can refer! Your Responsibilities: Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by all nursing staff. Assist the DON in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Nursing Services department. Stay abreast of and communicate new admissions to appropriate personnel. Maintain communication with patients, families and support department to adequately plan for patient needs. Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department. Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of the infection control program and Assure compliance with current CDC, OSHA, and local regulations. Review care plans daily to confirm that appropriate care is being rendered. Record physical findings, formulate plans and prognosis based on resident's condition and report findings to physician and/or DON, per community protocol. Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort. Prepare and administer medication as ordered by the physician, as needed. Notify the resident's attending physician and/or DON when there is a change in the resident's condition. Perform routine charting duties as required and in accordance with established charting and documentation policies and procedures. Perform on the floor nursing care as needed. General Requirements Active RN license required Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility preferred Wage Range -$33..63-$43.48 (D.O.E.)
