This role focuses on having an investigative eye, collecting information, and using logic to solve abstract problems. You will partner closely with stakeholders across Internal Controls, Finance, Consumer Service, Payment, and Tech to proactively assess vulnerabilities across our ecommerce services, set clear objectives, and develop appropriate countermeasures. You are curious by nature, get energy from combining different data sources, and enjoy developing creative solutions that mitigate risk and drive profitability; without degrading the digital experience of our trusted consumers.- Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze risk management KPI framework to spot trends and prevent fraud attempts-Measure, track, and communicate data on fraud prevention on a regular basis-Work cooperatively with other partners focused on fraud prevention to assess vulnerabilities, recognize trends, and define mitigation proposals-Evaluate current ecommerce processes and suggest any appropriate improvements to increase efficiency, reduce loss, and enhance consumer experience-Represent market demand for risk management with Global Product Ownership, IT Solutions and SCM.
