In this role, you will work closely with the project management team to ensure the successful delivery of real estate development and construction projects. We particularly welcome newly graduates who are keen to learn and develop their skills in project management within the real estate sector.Responsibilities:Assist the project management team in the successful delivery of development and construction projects from initiation to completion.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams, to ensure project requirements are met.Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other external parties to ensure alignment and adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.Assist with the procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, and periodic contractor evaluations.Support the project team in developing and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and records of project activities.Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address any issues or risks that may impact project delivery.Track and report project metrics, including budget variance, schedule delays, and resource allocation, to ensure project goals are met.Assist in the preparation of project presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulations to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement in project management processes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.Understanding of construction principles, processes, and best practices.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic languages is required; French language proficiency is highly desirable.Flexibility to travel as required for project site visits and client meetings.If you are a newly graduate with a keen interest in learning and developing your skills in project management within the real estate sector, this is a great opportunity for you.
