You will be responsible for continual improvement and working within global frameworks that you helped design and implement.Your key responsibilities will include:Managing global benefits spend, increasing return on investment and maturing our benefits strategyBeing a leader of our pay equity strategyMaturing governance and reporting structure for compensation, benefits and mobilityThe global compensation review , including training and strategies on market competitivenessMature our approach to total reward and maintain KPIs on our performanceYou will report directly to the Director of Global Rewards and work closely with the P&C leadership, regional P&C operations and their region reward clusters, Finance, and Legal teams. You will have a team of reward professionals.The ideal candidate can:Engage and influence the senior leadership of the Amadeus groupCollaborate with and lead a varying set of stakeholders in human resources and business units, to deliver challenging KPIs for transformation initiativesHandle both hands-on work in systems and operational process and communicate big picture thinking and initiative designSpeak to the C suite and develop complex solutions for approvalsBring extensive experience with benefits, equity, mobility, bonus plans, salary reviews, salary surveys, and the creation and design of salary ranges for multiple countriesUnderstand different benefits in a multi country context, and work with global brokersLead through people and line manage people who work on global projectsLead projects which drive change and impact a global populationThis is a unique opportunity for those who thrive in a truly international environment.
