Job Description:Essential Job Functions:- Assist in managing a team responsible for package software application development.- Support project execution and resource allocation.- Collaborate with senior management on departmental objectives.- Contribute to the timely delivery of software solutions.- Provide technical assistance to team members.- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.- Coordinate communication within the team and with other departments.- Help identify and resolve project challenges.Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.E., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience- Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in software engineering- Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team- Technical knowledge in package applications- Strong communication and leadership skillsOther Qualifications:- Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus- Relevant cloud certifications (e.G., PMP, CTO, or MBA) or advanced training a plus#LI-DNIRecruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company.
