Working directly with company management, A&M helps stabilize financial and operational performance by developing and implementing comprehensive profitability and working capital improvement measures. As aAssociateyouwill manage the following key responsibilities, supported by the European Private Equity Performance Improvement team: ·Commercial Due Diligence, Value Creation Planning, Post-Merger Integration and Performance Improvement Implementation ·Advising and implementing commercially focused performance improvement programs for large PE portfolio companies across a wide range of industry sectors ·Work to ensure that our CDD reports are realized in full and in the shortest possible time with a clear path to deliver the discussed value, cost reduction and the identified quickwins ·Support delivery of projects with PE owned companies to improve their commercial performance and implement go-to-market strategies The ideal candidate will possess: ·Experience in Commercial Due Diligence ·Consulting experience (relevant experience in industry is a plus) ·ExcellentUniversitydegree If you want to be part ofA&M's success storyand would like togrowin a dynamic environment, we are looking forwardto your application.
