If you enjoy impacting products, interacting with customers, and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and highly technical environment, this is your role!RTI is looking for a Product Manager to lead the definition and launch of innovative and safe products that accelerate the adoption of software-defined and autonomous vehicles.Responsibilities:Drive product strategy by understanding market trends, gathering requirements, and prioritizing features.Define the product roadmap, communicate vision, and develop supporting collateral.Craft compelling responses to RFPs from OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.Skills & Experience:BA/BS degree in Computer Science or similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience.6+ years of product or technical program management experience.Strong understanding of business and technical problems, including product management functions.Experience with Software-Defined Vehicles and automotive production programs.Familiarity with automotive industry standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434).Experience with safety platforms, safety hypervisors, and networking (DDS, CAN Bus, SOME/IP) in safety environments.Don't meet every single requirement?
