We are looking for: Autonomous Maintenance Production Analyst - VIE Contract (W/M) Target start date: 01/06/2024 Responsibilities: Review current activities, add new ones according with Maintenance team, create a standard documentation and production operators training to assure capabilitiesChange over and adjustments: Create a standard documentation, activities balance, time definition and operators trainingCollaborate with Maintenance team to stablish a standard process in the main maintenance activities in packaging linesActivities will be in Packaging lines (solids)Requirements: MSc in Engineering degreePrevious experience in maintenance or production activities would be a plusBasic knowledge of mechanics, electronics, and systems will be plusEffective communication in English & Spanish, both written and verbal, for international collaborationExceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming technical hurdlesOutstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the capacity to work harmoniously in multicultural environmentsWilling and ready to achieve goals by applying agile ways of workingGood relationship with people, analytical, didactic, good listener, incisive, ambitious, dynamicCapacity for initiative and autonomyAt Sanofi diversity and inclusion is foundational to how we operate and embedded in our Core Values.
