We are currently looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks within the kitchen.Supporting the chefs in buffet, restaurant, and event areas by preparing dishes.Assisting with food setup in buffet/restaurant and events.Ensuring proper storage of raw materials in dry, cold, and frozen storage areas to maintain food safety.Cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen area, including tables, utensils, and equipment.Preparing cooking ingredients by portioning, cutting, and storing.Peeling and washing fruits and vegetables.Cooking and preparing food items.Education in Hospitality and Catering.1-2 years of experience in 4 and 5* hotels.Driving license and own vehicle.Excellent communication skills.Proven ability to work cooperatively in a team environment with initiative.Strong customer orientation.Immediate availability to start.
