DetermineBusiness Development*Sales objectives with team; monitor and review progress.*Communication Provide input and guidance into the negotiation of purchase prices and terms.Receive, respond to, and manage complaints.*Carry out day-to-day business communication with the principal, conduct regularmeetings/reviews with principal, negotiate purchase prices and terms, agree and implementprincipal business strategy, carry out reporting and forecasting.*Ensure RegulatoryEnsure Stock Availability and Control of Working Capital with Supply Chain Management*Monitor and review inventory.Identify and act on slow moving and redundant stock.*Define minimum and target stock levels.*Agree on purchasing strategy for composite loads.*Agree on stock allocation in times of shortage.*Provide purchase price list.*Communicate and co-manage complaints with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Sales.?Professional Education or University Degree or equivalent experience. Experience Minimum 5 years of proven sales or relevant experience. Knowledge and skillsMust be adept at negotiation, customer service as well as persuading and influencing others.Must be able to develop and deliver concise and effective presentations.Must work within and contribute to the team structure.Critical thinking and problem solving skills are a must.Must possess a thorough understanding of the particular industry segment(s).Work well within the team structure.Good level of English and Spanish.
