Our mission is to provide comprehensive solutions for companies' multilingual communication needs.We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 3 years of experience and expertise in data analysis, with SEO expert knowledge, high HubSpot CRM management, and professional copywriting skills.With a primary focus on data analysis, this role demands a proactive individual adept at driving sales and enhancing our brand through digital platforms, managing various initiatives, and achieving significant lead generation. Key monthly KPIs include increases in Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and overall lead generation.Defines audiences (verticals, departments, people) and define an omnichannel approach for each product/solution campaign (ABM).Integrates data analysis into the creation and implementation of digital marketing strategies, (SEO, SEM, email marketing, HubSpot management...) to meet our sales goals (lead generation)Utilize your copywriting skills to produce engaging content, analyzing engagement data to continuously optimize for metrics such as CTR and CPL.Employ HubSpot CRM for advanced lead management, using data analytics to refine our sales funnel and optimize for cost-effective metrics.Analyze digital marketing campaign performances using data, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI and focusing on our main KPIs including CPC, CPM, CTR, and CPL.Performing A/B testing to optimize ad copy, images, landing pages, and targeting parameters for maximum campaign performance.What makes you a great fit?Strong experience in lead generation and CRM management (Hubspot).Knowledge of SEO tools (Semrush, G.Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, etc).Ability to analyze data and the results derived from these campaigns. It is essential to know how to monitor and prepare results reports .Manage and prioritize multiple projects, using data to guide decisions and improve outcomes.That you know how to organize yourself to coordinate the execution of different campaigns to generate qualified leads and increase traffic on the website, blog and social networks.Clear understanding of the B2B market context and customer wants and needs in the service sector.That you have a commercial soul and a clear vision for the definition of KPIs and benchmark analysis.Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or similar (master's degree in Digital Marketing is a plus).At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on data analysis and managing and implementing lead capture campaigns.Native English or Spanish speaker, with high level of second language, English or Spanish, both written and spoken (C1 level).Skilled in using analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner..
