You will work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with internal sales and product teams as well as external partners to support lead generation, product marketing, content and sales enablement. You will be responsible for day-to-day activities including content creation and adaptation, ad campaign execution, event coordination, social media management and brand maintenance.TasksOwn the delivery of marketing communications, materials and campaigns.Collaborate with the sales team to generate new leads through a variety of tactics including SEO, ads, content, events and industry partnerships.Support internal sales team and external network of partners by enabling the sales process through the creation of marketing toolkits and custom content.Produce compelling written content for various marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, slide decks, social media posts, email campaigns and ads.Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.Ensure all marketing efforts align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate our value proposition and key messaging.Use HubSpot to create workflows, nurture programmes, lists, reports, landing pages, emails etc.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor insights and best practices.RequirementsYou are available for a full time, hybrid role based in Barcelona.Your attributesHighly organized with attention to detail and consistent with timely delivery of deliverables.Strong interest in the latest technology, healthcare and marketing innovations.Curious by nature and you apply that curiosity in your professional life.People value your integrity and they trust you to be true to your word.Analytical, numerical & evidence-based in your decision making.The startup world appeals to you as a professional choice.Your skills & experienceAt least 3 years of experience in a marketing role with a track record of executing multichannel B2B campaigns.Ideally, 1-2 years of experience with the healthcare, pharmaceutical or insurance sectors.Solid understanding of digital marketing including search, social, automation and email.Strong copywriting skills and proficient with design for slide decks, ad creative and marketing templates
