You collaborate closely with our sales managers and you take care of developing and adding value to the relationships with our customers. You commit to managing and maintaining customer satisfaction, loyalty and profitability throughout the customer order process.This position is based in Montmeló (Barcelona) and reports to the Sales Support TeamleadResponsibilitiesDeveloping relationships with our customers in collaboration with the sales managers.Providing a hassle free buying experience to our customers.Proactively take on a sales support role by pulling sales orders from existing customers (forecast to delivery)Analyzing order patterns, suggesting improvements and flagging deviationsManaging light accounts and supporting sales managersProblem solving: handling of complaints and incidents, including progress monitoring and follow-upOrder entry, Issuing credits, timely and accurate invoicingCollecting and analyzing data for optimizationRequirementsWe are looking for a proactive and sales oriented Sales Support Specialist who will go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction as well as profitability.A successful candidate will also have:Passion for building and maintaining customer relations and satisfactionA Bachelor'sdegree in international commerce or equivalent experience.Experience in a customer facing role in a business to business environmentYou speak and read English, French on a professional level.Experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageousKnowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
