Supported by his technical expertise the company propose construction systems that respond to thermal performance and energy saving, acoustic, airtightness and fire requirements.**ArcelorMittal Construction is looking for Cluster CFO, based in Spain (Zaragoza) or Italy (Ancarano) and supporting the entities in Iberia, Italy, Caribbean & Dominicana, Reunion).**In this role the CFO reports to ArcelorMittal Construction Chief Financial Officer and will be frequently travelling (50%).The CFO will be responsible for developing, leading and implementing finance strategy to enable the companies to grow, thrive and maintain a healthy financial position within the marketplace. Manages and coordinates the company's financial function across the regions covering the two main areas of finance:- Compliance: accounting, credit management, Vat & tax, policies & procedures, internal and external audit- Business partnering: multi-year plans, financing, budgeting, performance management, supporting post-acquisition integrationThis is the top finance position of the region governed by policies and frameworks established by the ArcelorMittal Construction group.This will be achieved by partnering with the Chief Financial Officer, local CEOs and local finance teams.**The main responsibilities and missions**:- Managing financial performance and supporting cluster management and entity CEOs with the economic and financial analyses required necessary for operational and strategic management.- Business Partnering the AMC CFO & entity CEOs on operational and strategic financial management- To determine the company's operating results on a monthly basis (accounts closing, management indicators, cost control, etc.) in all entities of regional responsibility (Iberia, Italy, Caribbean & Dominicana, Reunion)- Supervising of entity controlling / finance teams, managing and developing their skills (training, performance management, career plans, etc.)- Alignment of forecasting results (drawing up the annual budget and objectives, updating monthly forecasts, monitoring variances, etc. with each entity in region and Cluster CEOs and AMC CFO- Steering the risk management process: internal control, external control across all relevant entities- Fluent in English, advanced in Spanish, Italian & French; Portuguese is a plus- Masters degree in Economics, Finance or Auditing- 10+ years of experience in multi-national finance role- Experience in M&A; processes is a plus- Self-starter, innovative, results oriented, strategic thinker- Advanced reporting and presentation skills- Excellent communication skills at all levels in the organization- Capability to work under pressure- Financial acumen- High level of organization- Previous experience in similar positions in the manufacturing sector will be considered a plus- Capable of self-navigating in a multinational environment and entrepreneurial organization- Able to build bridges between different departments and external parties is crucial- Able to work with virtual teams without direct reporting line is an absolute must- Hands onPossible next step in career: BD CFO**Diversity and inclusion statement**ArcelorMittal Downstream Solutions is commitment to building an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and is welcoming of people of all backgrounds.
