Mission and responsibilities: We want to take our customers' digital experience to a new level and you will help us innovate in digital product development in banking.
You will participate in the definition and implementation of key parts of the architecture of our products.
You will also have to solve technical questions and ensure the evolution of the software according to the new changes of the platform.
You will have to agree and work closely with the development, product owners, business and global architecture teams.
You will have independence in your day-to-day work, how you want the code to evolve is your responsibility.
In the end you always have to be one step ahead and you will have to teach others.
The demand we have is very high, we are the technical reference of the API_BACKEND team and we must always set an example.
To be successful in the role you must have Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. 6+ years of experience in software development. Design patterns, JAVA, SPRING, MAVEN, AWS (nice to have), MicroservicesVision for the futureResoluteAbility and willingness to solve doubtsAutonomousSelf-sufficient people with a critical character. Understanding the situation and not being guided by fads. Curious about new technologies in the ecosystem and open to learning. Experience working with design teams to optimize the final customer experience. Knowledge of agile methodology, Scrum and Kanban. Ability to learn quickly, creativity and initiative. Ability to make autonomous decisions. Results oriented. Team player. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. What do we offer?
