We are recruiting for one Bar Manager to join our family in Barcelona. The ideal candidate for this Bar Manager position will have: • At least 2 years' experience managing a team in a fast paced, high-end hospitality venue behind the bar, lounge area and ensuring the running of a smooth service. • Welcoming and attending to guests with an exceptional level of care and service, ensuring that they leave with a positive and memorable experience; • To possess a warm and welcoming persona, along with a hands-on approach to work and impeccable attention to detail • Extensive knowledge of ingredients and methods for the preparation of cocktails and other beverages. • Have the ability to inspire, motivate and train bar and cocktail waiting staff to deliver the highest levels of service; • To be able to manage effectively employee performance in line with an organisation's objectives through setting targets and providing feedback, learning and development opportunities • Carrying out all opening and closing procedures in line with COYA brand standards. • An eagerness to learn and develop your career within an award-winning restaurant group • It is essential to have a high level of both spoken and written English and Spanish.
