Bartender

Job PurposeThe Bartender is responsible for serving allbeverageswith friendly,individualized attentiontowardseachcustomer2. Principal Accountabilities2.1 Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards2.2 Deliver excellent customer service, at all times2.3 Have a complete and thorough knowledge of all menu items in order to be able to describe andmake suggestive selling to customers2.4 Maintains the highest quality, consistent beverage standards2.5 Follows as the restaurant's beverages recipes and procedures2.6 Ensures that beverages/foods are presented in a manner to generate the utmost eye appeal2.7 Order, receive, or stock supplies or retail products2.8 Set up or restock product displays2.9 Follows standards for merchandising, stock rotation and sorting of all products, maintainingprofessional presentation at all times2.10 Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products2.11 Handles all working material and equipment correctly and keeps it well cleaned2.12 Handles guest problems and complaints2.13 Attend all regular departmental briefings and contribute to an open communication within theassigned team2.14 Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.3.
