As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, providing outstanding customer service, and contributing to the overall atmosphere of our hotel's bars and lounges. JOB DESCRIPTION: Mixology: Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences. Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, engaging with them to enhance their overall experience and ensure satisfaction. Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the beverage menu, including ingredients, flavor profiles, and presentation, and make recommendations to guests based on their preferences. Bar Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including proper storage of ingredients, regular cleaning of equipment, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages and supplies, anticipating needs and placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other members of the bar and service team to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive guest experience. Upselling and Promotion: Promote special offerings, promotions, and events to guests, and actively upsell premium products to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction. Requisitos : REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment. Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and quality. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
