Additionally, you'll provide assistance to employees with inquiries related to their local benefits and related policies, procedures, and transactions.Your Challenge:Daily administration of a number of benefit programs.Partners with other teams in the HR service center teams and our Center of Expertise (Total Rewards team) to ensure operational success across the organization and exceptional employee experienceEstablishes and helps to manage appropriate benefit vendors meetings for ongoing escalations and operations follow up.Requests, analyzes, and provides data reports from appropriate internal/external resources. Provides in-depth analysis of dataEnsures accuracy of data, which may originate from multiple system sources across vendors and other HRIS organizations.Collaborates in HR Projects as required and self-sufficiently balances workload with daily operations.Location:Asturias, Spain#LI-NA1QualificationsTo Grow What Matters, You Will NeedBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Technologies, or other related field required, and master's degree is preferredProficiency in English plus German is a must.
