We offer competitive salaries, top-notch benefits and a company culture focused on employee development.Our team members have the opportunity tocommunicate and collaborate with colleagues around the world.What You Will Accomplish Here...You will be responsible for providing sales support and project management within the Client Services Department, including the following:Participates in team meetings with other departments to keep track of project statuses, hours used and remaining, and communicates any potential issues in project management to the team.Communicates between internal members and external customers, ensuring that all parties have the necessary information and resources to execute their assigned projects.Works closely with the team to organize and schedule meetings, as requested.Keeps track of client billing and supports in invoice collection procedures, when required.Assists with drafting sales proposals in a clear, complete, and accurate manner.Generates reports and statistics related to the flow of the business.Assists in the translation of documents from English to Spanish and from Spanish to English, when necessary.Performs other relate administrative duties, as assigned.Education, Experience and Skills:A minimum of one (1) year of previous experience in a related position supporting a sales or business development team is required.Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, including the ability to translate written correspondence from English to Spanish and Spanish to English in a clear, eloquent, and professional manner.Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.Must have demonstrated professionalism, including while working under pressure.Must have the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, while maintaining a realistic balance among priorities.Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.Must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
