We are also highly diverse in our organization, so cultural acuity is also necessary.In the role of blade structural engineer, your tasks include:Contribute to technology development projects with regards to blade structures and manufacturing processesOwnership of governing documents for the respective technology, i.e., Design rules, DFMEAs and Verification and Validation plansWork with a value chain approach to optimize the technology in collaboration with different interfacesEstablish a clear understanding of design and technology drivers and have a structured approach to expand the boundaries and challenge the state of artManage projects with internal and external stakeholders and secure good and close communicationWhat You Need To Make a DifferencePassion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
