Job Purpose and Impact The BOSC (Business Operations Supply Chain) Finance Consultant will be an active partner in the development of plant strategy, set clear financially focused targets for the BOSC Organization with Focus on Supply Chain and provide financial insight for both management and operational teams.In this role, you will partner collaboratively with various senior stakeholders to ensure results are timely, qualitative, analyzed and understood, you will also be a critical business partner for the group finance director and group leader, provide necessary financial rigor and analytics and will be accountable for the achievement of financials results and creation of value for the organization. Key Accountabilities Lead and coordinate finance processes for Food Solution EMEA and understand key drivers of results and related sensitivities.Utilize technology to drive aligned performance managementEstablish performance metrics to drive strategy execution.Employ advanced modeling skills that brings new perspectives to the business.Deliver clear presentations including defending positions on controversial topics, adapt style to continuously seek win-win solutions.Demonstrate an application of broad/diverse BOSC knowledge with understanding of how all areas come together and operate as a business.You will serve as an expert in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues/problems.Leverage internal and external industry best practices to apply plant finance strategy with continuous improvement, including key metrics that measure the effectiveness of Bosc finance and evaluate and report on the performance of Supply Chain finance processes.Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceMinimum of four years of related work experience, within a highly matrixed and global organization.Demonstrates high degree of curiosity; investing time and energy into learning and seeks different points of view and internal and external perspectivesExperience with design, develop and implement value-added business analyticsExperience in manufacturing orsupply chain finance environmentsConfirmed ability to develop long term strategic plans Our Offer
