In KRKA Farmaceutica, Madrid, a member multinational pharmaceutical company, present in over 70 countries and leader in the production and distribution of medicines, we are looking for a Brand Manager.The Brand Manager position is considered as crucial to propose, develop, prepare, lead, coordinate, perform and monitor realization of brand marketing strategy, tactics and activities, and thus realize plans in an economical way and with optimal efficiency. He/she will play a fundamental role in the successful development of our Branded Generics, which focuses promotion on selected therapeutical areas and doctor specialties.Tasks and duties:Propose, prepare and develop marketing strategies and tactics for brands and ensure their implementationPropose, plan and prepare marketing activities for brands and ensure their implementationPlan, organize, perform and report marketing events and hold brand and product portfolio presentations for customersPlan, perform and report individual visits to important customers for the therapeutic areaPropose, plan and prepare promotional materials based on materials prepared in Headquarters, adjusted according to the local situation and needsCooperate with suppliers in marketing activities, advertising, production of promotional materials and tools for the best economical interest of KrkaPrepare and provide educational materials, trainings and seminars related with brands and brand marketing for field force employeesEstablish, develop and maintain good contacts with the leading personalities in the therapeutic field through regular individual visitsUse all available data for the evaluation of marketing strategy, tactics and performance of marketing activities and decision takingEnsure that all marketing activities, materials and actions undertaken are consistent with valid rules, regulations and codesEnsure rational use of promotional resources (financial and material) within the approved budget to achieve optimal resultsOngoing monitoring of activities of the competition (incl. price monitoring), situation on the market and market development trends, report on them and suggest corresponding activitiesKeep current with treatment doctrines and new developments in the health-care segment, and the latest clinical data on the assigned product and its developmentKeep current with the regulations related with marketing, medicines, medicinal and other products promoted and with activities of health care authoritiesPropose and organize clinical studies with Krka's products and implement, control and report on the monitoring of efficacy and safety of Krka's products within clinical studiesWe value candidates who have:Bachelor or Master Degree in the field of Life Sciences,Minimum 2 years of prior experiences as a successful Brand or Product Manager in a Pharmaceutical company.
